Overview

Trusted Only can use transaction data to automate various workflows including: agent list sending prompts, Home Hub customer invites.

Trusted Only currently supports native integrations with

  • Bridge Interactive

  • LoneWolf

We handle xml, JSON, API, FTP and other methods/formats.


Supported Feed Types

1. Transactional Feeds

Used to maintain the list of agents within your organization.
These records drive agent profiles, account access, and vendor visibility rules.

For agent prompts or reminders, the customer's information isn't required. For automated customer invites, etc, the customer's information would be required.

Required Fields

  • Agent email

  • Agent first name

  • Agent last name

  • Agent mobile number

  • Property address (street, state, etc broken up)

  • Property image (1st image)

  • Property price

  • Customer first name

  • Customer last name

  • Customer email

  • Customer mobile

  • Side (Buyer / Seller)

  • Property Date of status change

  • Property Status

  • MLSID (Property ID)

Feed Format Requirements

  • File Format: Trusted Only does not have a published standard. We will adjust to your schema.

  • Frequency: One-time import or scheduled (daily, weekly, or monthly)
